The subject farm consists of 11 portions of land all bordering on to one another, developed and farmed as a unit as a pineapple-producing farm being 822.1384 ha in total. The farm has 343.27 ha of pineapple land developed in different stages. The parts of the farm that are not developed as pineapple lands are used for grazing cattle.
