Dwelling
The dwelling comprises a part double storey construction under a pitched thatched roof. The dwelling offers a lounge, kitchen, 3 x bedrooms with on-suite and family bathrooms. The lounge walks onto a large patio with open veranda / swimming pool area. The dwelling enjoys spectacular views towards the south.
Cottages
4 x Cottages are situated around the dwelling. Cottage 1 – 3 is situated east from the dwelling and enjoys spectacular views. The cottages offer an open plan setup with living room / kitchen, bedroom with bathroom. 2 of the units have bathrooms with glass roofs which provides a luxurious feel.
The 4th cottage is situated just north of the dwelling. It offers good quality finishes and fittings.

Sheds

Shed 2 – offers a steel construction covered with IBR sheeting with concrete floor. The building forms part of the goat kraals. The facility is used as a goat handling facility with concrete floor.
Goat Kraal’s
A combination of goat kraals with 6 x canopies with feeders are constructed next to the homestead. The feeders are constructed of brick and is purpose built.
Staff Quarters
The staff house offers a brick construction under a flat roof. The building has basic finishes a fittings. A solar geyser is installed to the roof of the staff house.
Chicken Houses and Warehouse
3 x Layer house have been constructed along the southern end of the property. The houses are incomplete and requires final finishes. The buildings boast a steel construction under a pitched IBR roof with concrete floor. The 3 x layer houses are identical.
A warehouse with office component are situated next to the layer houses. The warehouse is constructed to pack eggs and store eggs before dispatch. The building requires final finishes.
